Questions, answered
Do you take the packaging?
All of it — cardboard, foam and pallets are sorted for recycling by the crew before they leave.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph it within 48 hours and we repair, replace or refund — your choice, with pickup arranged by us.
Do you deliver above ground floor?
Yes — walk-ups to the 4th floor and all buildings with freight elevators are included.
